Our MBA Win
At Progen Homes, we want our customers to be happy. That’s our biggest focus. We want them to love their new home and have fond memories of building with us and the service we provided.
That said, it’s always nice to be recognised for the hard work we put in, and at the MBA Western Australia Housing Excellence Awards, we came away with New Builder of the Year and Supervisor of the Year.
Our award-winning night started with our Construction Manager, Xavier, taking the award for Supervisor of the Year. Since starting at Progen, Xavier consistently exhibits exceptional supervising skills, which he draws from many years of industry experience. We are so honoured that Xavier has been recognised for his work. Now, he leads a team of his own as our Construction Manager, creating custom homes for our customers.
To continue our successes during the night, we took home New Builder of the Year. This is one of those special awards that we will remember for years to come. At times, we forget how “new” we really are, considering all team members have worked in the industry for so long and we have over 50 years of experience between our two Directors alone. This award is handed to a new builder that has shown excellence in workmanship, attention to detail, pride in their work, excellent safety standards, use of innovative building techniques and great project management. While this award covers a lot of ground in terms of requirements, we also feel our customer service and our team culture is at an excellent standard too.
